Reconnections will be made the same day as cutoff provided the PAST DUE amount and PENALTY amount is paid and is received prior to the office closing at 5:00pm. However, if the PAST DUE amount and PENALTY amount is paid and received after 4:00pm any other day than the day of cutoff, it will be the next business day before reconnection is made.
