The residential application for water and/or wastewater service is available for download below. Please be sure to submit all three pages of the application. This application can be submitted by mail, fax or email. There is a two (2) business day policy of connecting water service, not including day application is submitted. By downloading, completing and/or submitting applications you agree to the “General Terms and Conditions” in effect at that time for Lancaster County Water and Sewer District.

If you reside in one of the following areas Arbor Place, Aumond Glen, Prestwick, Wakefield or Burnside, please be advised that there are “special sewer rates“ for these areas. More information on the “special sewer rates“ can be found on the“Forms” “Rate Notifications” link on our home page. The applications for these specific areas can be found below as well as on the “Rate Notifications” page. Please use the appropriate residential service application for your area. All others use the “Residential Service Application” link.

The industrial/commercial/irrigation application for water and/or wastewater service is available for download below. Please be sure to submit all four pages of the application. This application can be submitted by mail, fax or email.
