RECONNECTION POLICY Attention - (The following policy applies if your service has been disconnected). Reconnections will be made on same day as cutoff provided account is paid in full including any additional fees and is received prior to the office closing at 5:00pm. However, if the account is paid in full including any additional fees and is received after 4:00pm any other day than the day of cutoff, it will be the next business day before reconnection is made.
