Freezing temperatures? No water? You may have frozen water lines in your residence. Now is the time to make sure that any of your exposed water lines in and around your home are properly insulated against the cold. Don’t forget your outside spigots and other water fixtures. Having all of these insulated can save you a lot of headaches and unexpected damages from burst water lines.

So if the temps drop into the freezing zone and you find you have no water you may want to check for frozen water lines first.
