Reconnection Policy

Reconnections will be made the same day as cutoff provided the PAST DUE amount and PENALTY amount is paid and is received prior to the office closing at 5:00pm. However, if the PAST DUE amount and PENALTY amount is paid and received after 4:00pm any other day than the day of cutoff, it will be the next business day before reconnection is made.

LCWSD is not affiliated with any third party payment services. The use of any third party payment services is at the customers discretion.
