The Old Lancaster Highway and Fork Hill Road waterline replacement project includes the installation of approximately 4,150 LF of 8” and 1,575 LF of 6” water main along the noted roads and shown on the map of the area. This rehabilitation and replacement project will continue the replacement of thin wall pipes that have served their useful life.
This project is the 5th similar project to be implemented by LCWSD in the Kershaw area since 2017. Construction is nearing completion and testing will begin in August. Customer service lines will be connected to the new mains over the next few months once testing is complete.
